Tile: Concrete or Clay?
Both offer phenomenal looks!
Concrete tiles are made of mixture of sand, cement, and water, that are then molded under heat and high pressure. Concrete tiles can be painted or coated any color, while clay are made as is. Concrete tile interlock, creating a water tight seal through the edged out ribs that are formed when they are originally made. Both the method of using screws and spray foam work to lock the tiles into the roof deck.
