Heritage Oak Quadplex Installed by Galloway Roofing
The Galloway Roofing Team has ripped off and installed 4 of the Quadplexes in the Heritage Oak Complex, located in Port Charlotte Florida. Our crew responsible for tear off is also required to add adequate ventilation to the entire roof area. This includes installing those large black roof vents (a total of 8 per building) that are visible on the peak. A very aesthetic look from an aerial view. Great choice in color selection, weather wood is a very proper look!

Heritage Oak High Rise Apartment Buildings
Welcome to some very large high rise apartments our ambitious crews tore off and replaced! This monster of a project was tackled with (2) 5 man crews and one on site supervisor over a duration of two full working weeks. We used our in house boom lift to hoist materials and remove trash from 3 stories up. It was an entire operation to make this final product you see on film. Great job to our hard working and relentless tear off crews!
