Vinnie Madonna has been with Galloway Roofing for 7 years now. Vinnie has been in the roofing industry for over 30 years and has experienced just about every roofing system. Vinnie started at Galloway back in 2017 as a Roof Tear-off laborer, then worked his way into the service division. in 2021 Vinnie was promoted to Production Manager, which involves overseeing our production crews. Monitoring safety, quality control, and waste control in the field. We are lucky to have Vinnie on our Galloway Management Team! Vinnie loves spending his time with his newly married wife out in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico water.

Christopher Fanelli is Co-Owner's (Renee Galloway) brother of the Galloway Roofing Team. Co- Owner Dave Galloway and Chris originally met in high school in the mid to late 80's. As Renee Galloway's Brother and Dave Galloway's Brother in-law, Chris has been a big part of the Galloway Family since Dave and Renee met and married in 1995. Chris is originally form southern New Jersey, but moved out to Las Vegas Nevada at the age of 19. Chris spent most of his life in the outskirts of Las Vegas, and ran many different very successful ventures. Chris has experience with real estate, marketing, networking, and overseeing the financials of multi million dollar companies. Galloway Roofing was in dire need of Chris in 2019 to over see financials and work with homeowners on completing payment terms. Chris works to keep our gears turning from job to job, ensuring any moneys owed are finaled out and accounted for. Chris loves working with customers one on one to make certain they are heard and their job is finalized with no final questions or concerns. Chris is a major Philly sports fan and heads our companies fantasy football league!

Dave Galloway has been the driving force (Along with his beautiful Wife, Renee) behind Galloway Roofing since its inception. There are many men and women that work hard and dedicate themselves to their work and their families. Dave Galloway goes beyond every obstacle, having put into his company thousands of hours to endure its success. Dave picked up a hammer at a very young age and installed his first roof on his mother’s pool home when he was just sixteen years old. The pride he felt after seeing his finished project made it clear to Galloway that he wanted to repair and remodel homes, specifically roofs. Since then Dave has proudly and diligently been applying roof systems to thousands of residential and commercial buildings both in southern New Jersey where Dave grew up and right here in southwest Florida where he and his family has resided since 2006. If you don’t see Dave on a roof with his amazing team or in his office, then you will certainly find him with his wife Renee` and their two children Chance and Savanna on the water where they spend the majority of their down time or at a special event. Dave has provided jobs to dozens of people who think highly enough of their boss for them to put in the extra time and commitment making certain each homeowner, builder, realtor and property management teams are always completely satisfied with the exceptional service Galloway Roofing Team provides.
Dave Galloway is a proud member to the Englewood Chamber of Commerce, Boca Chamber of Commerce, FHBA (Florida Home Builders Association) CDBIA (Charlotte DeSoto Builders Industry Association and a past President to the Placida Rotary and current member where he continues to volunteer his time to raise money for his community.

Sydney Orlick (Syd) is our operations manager and is in control of ordering materials, setting the schedule, client communication, sending out warranties, pulling permits, and much more! She is the heartbeat of our production department. If you are having a roof replaced with Galloway Roofing, syd is behind the scenes making sure everything goes according to plan. the newest addition to the Galloway Roofing Team! Syd's smile radiates to everyone who steps foot into our office, and her drive for success adds great value to our company. She does an excellent job with customer service, while also keeping our managerial team up to date with the newest technology trends. Syd's best friend remains Savanna since the time the girls were just 14. Syd has proven her commitment to the longevity of the company and to the satisfaction of Galloway's customers!

Welcoming your 2023 Galloway Roofing Team!

Owner Renee` Galloway has worked alongside her husband Dave for the past twenty-two years! The Galloways moved to the area in 2006. They opened Galloway Roofing in 2011 at the worst possible time, during the housing crash. They had no other choice. Dave Galloway had lost his job as a roofing supervisor and the Galloways found themselves in financial ruins. Renee` Galloway was already diagnosed with Systemic Lupus and would find herself in and out of hospitals from other life threatening illnesses. As always, Renee` fought her way back. Galloway is the CMO for Galloway Roofing, working mainly from her home office. “There are so many facets to running a successful operation,” says Galloway. “Marketing, integrity and dedication are just a few of the key elements to a successful business.” Renee` Galloway feels strongly about community service, keeping her children active in giving back. “Having a strong relationship with your community, including local schools is extremely helpful in not only your success, but more importantly, your commitment to humanity! We should all be helping each other, especially our youth,” explains Renee`. “They are the ones that will be running our businesses and our community years from now.” Renee’s greatest pride above all is her children Chance and Savanna as well as her husband Dave and their two dogs, Bubba and Zoey. Galloway explains the love and strength from her family is what motivates her to excel in life. Renee` is a published writer. Currently working on a personal manuscript which she hopes will be completed by summer 2017.

Leo is one of our highly qualified Project Managers who oversees total residential roof replacements. He makes sure our crews are all safe and get their job done in an effective and timely manner. Leo is responsible for Quality control on each of of his projects he manages, making certain each roof is installed and held to Galloway Roofing standard! One of leo's hobbies in his off time is taking his bike for a spin and spending time with his family.

Ricky Hall has been a friend first to owner Dave Galloway. The two were both roofing supervisors for a large roofing company. After the company was dissolved, the pair remained fast friends, sharing views and stories in the roofing industry. Ricky came to work for Galloway Roofing in 2015 as their Sales Manager. Ricky is a roof leak forensic specialist, reroof salesman and service technician manager with over 25 years’ experience in the roofing trade.
Ricky is the proud father to 7 children and is happily married to his beautiful wife Bridget. Hall is the head bowling coach for the Special Olympics and assistant coach for the Miss Charlotte FastPitch softball organization. Ricky bleeds Michigan's colors Maize and Blue for his home team!

Don Kennedy was one of the first employees of Galloway Roofing. Mr. Kennedy remembers working with Dave in the Galloway home dining room with a white board on the wall. They worked out of a shed on the property to store tools, equipment and material. “We went from a dining room and a shed, with Dave, myself and his family to now working from a 1000 square foot office, 1000 sq. ft. warehouse, and tool corral and over 20 employees!” Don oversees the daily operations as a Production Manager. He enjoys coming to work because owner Dave Galloway and he have become close friends over the years. Kennedy takes pride in his workmanship and dealings with Galloway Roofing clients. Don has been with his lovely wife Lisa for over twenty years and have two twin teenage boys, Jason and Josh. Don enjoys his weekends on the water, boating and fishing with his wife Lisa. Kennedy is the “Galloway Roofing chef during their holiday parties! He is a master grille man!

Chance Galloway is the son of Dave and Renee Galloway (Owners of Galloway Roofing), and has learned the ropes of the industry from his dad. Chance graduated from FGCU with his degree in interdisciplinary entrepreneurship and now is Galloway Roofing's lead salesman. Chance is also in charge of running Galloway's social media platforms and capturing the best drone footage of the many roofs Galloway installs. Chance hopes to continue helping his parents run the business and help his community in any way he can!

Arnold joined our team around a year ago to help out after Hurricane Ian and has done an incredible job showing excellent managerial skills. He oversees multiple crews making sure they are safe and following every protocol. Arnold is always keeping up with customer communication, alerting them of the current progress with their roof replacement. Arnold works closely with Chance Galloway (Galloway's lead salesman) to make sure everything on the contract between Galloway Roofing and homeowner is taken care of. Arnold enjoys spending time with his family and going to the beach on his time off!

Gage Hall is son of Ricky Hall (our general manager of the service division) and works as a TPO production manager. Gage makes sure the crews he oversees are all securely working and doing their job correctly. Gage use to work in sales but has been moved over to this managerial role. Our commercial roofing division is only growing and we needed someone we could trust like Gage (who has been part of the company for over 7 years) to take control of this manager role. Thank you Gage for your hard work! Gage enjoys spending time with his family and gaming on his time off.

Marcia is our in house Billing Manager and the first Galloway Roofing member you see when walking into our office. She is responsible for making sure all of our jobs past and present pay their bill in full. Dealing with customer service and relations is the center of her job responsibilities while collecting payments from clients! She also helps our service department with scheduling clients, working alongside our General Manager Ricky Hall and Service Manager Dave Del.
Marcia has a husband and 2 son's who she loves very much. She says they are her world and would do anything for them! We are honored to have Marcia on Team Galloway Roofing!

Chris Hollier has been with Galloway Roofing for 6 years and first started as a service technician. He is now a Project Manager and oversees many of our metal roof installations! Chris is always willing to put his clients above all and make certain each job is handled with integrity. Chris perfectly fits the Galloway Roofing team, always asking what more he can help with in the company. Chris oversees roughly 20 men everyday taking note of job safety, quality control, and professionalism with the customer. Chris loves spending time with his wife and two kids as well as helping family whenever they need him with home projects!

Our Service Manager, Dave Dellapeitro, spends time with his family and truly enjoys his position as Service Manager at Galloway Roofing. Dave was brought on to the managerial team with Galloway as he expressed a true work ethic as a repair tech. Dave's impeccable work and experience is now being put to use as he leads our repair/service division. He has lead our service department for the past 5 years. Dave also works as a repair salesman (wearing many hats in the company) overseeing the majority of commercial and residential roof repairs. We are certainly grateful to have Dave Dellapeitro on our team!

Gretchen is our Accounts Manager and keeps our books straight and organized. She manages our commercial roofing accounts and makes certain all accounts are closed out once they are finished up. She loves spending time with her family on the weekends and outside of work :)

James Nelson (AKA Jamie) serves as one of our Project Managers. He oversees commercial roof replacements from start to finish. Handling crew safety, 5 star job quality, and job management! Jamie does an excellent job in our commercial division. He operates heavy machinery while keeping his many crews working under safe conditions! Jamie has been with Galloway Roofing for 7 years now and enjoys taking his boat out to the sandbar on the weekends!

Kaitlin Galloway is the wife of Chance Galloway (The Owners Son). Following Hurricane Ian Kaitlin decided to leave her job as a Pharmacy Technician to help her SWFL community in a time of need. She currently works as an Administrative Assistant. She operates our phone calls, directing the calls to whom they need to go, and is our main estimate scheduler. Kaitlin loves spending time with her family and helping others any chance she gets.
